HOW TO APPLY

Unfortunately, we receive many more applications than we are able to fund. In 2022-23, we received a total of 307 applications with a combined total ask amount of over £4million. We awarded 106 grants totalling over £816,000 with grants ranging from £1,600 to £33,000.

We operate a two-stage application process.

• Check your eligibility: Please make sure you check our What we fund and What we don't fund pages and then complete our Eligibility Checker.

• Expression of Interest:  If you are eligible to apply, the Eligibility Checker will provide a link to the Expression of Interest online form. This is a very brief form (see our Guidance for Applicants page for further details).

• Full Application: If your request matches our funding priorities, we will invite you to submit a Full Application (see our Guidance for Applicants page for further details). Please ensure that you submit your Expression of Interest as early as possible in the grant round so that you can easily meet the Full Application submission deadline for that grant round.
