Our application deadlines and assessment timelines are listed below. Please note that:

We operate a two-stage application process: an Expression of Interest followed by a Full Application (on invitation).

To access the Expression of Interest online form, you will need to complete the Eligibility Checker first.

You will need to submit an Expression of Interest by the deadlines set out below for your funding request to be considered at the corresponding Board meeting.

Due to overlapping commitments for our small staff team, we are not always able to have a long Full Application submission window. We encourage you to visit our Guidance for Applicants as early as possible to prepare to submit a Full Application, should we invite you to do so.

If you have not heard from us when you would expect either to be invited to submit a Full Application, or to be told that your EOI has been declined, it is because the Trustees wish to discuss your funding request in person at their Board meeting and you will therefore be notified of the outcome after the Board meeting has taken place. Full Applications invitations will be sent in the w/c 16/12/2024.
Full Applications submission deadline: 07/02/2025 (17:00hrs).
Full Applications outcome: w/c 24/03/2025.

Expressions of Interest received between 01/12/2024 and 31/01/2025 (17:00hrs).
Full Applications invitations will be sent in the w/c 31/03/2025.
Full Applications submission deadline: 02/05/2025 (17:00hrs).
Full Applications outcome: w/c 23/06/2025.

Please note that our Palliative Care programme remains closed in this grant round. UK hospices are not eligible to apply for any other of our funding programmes while the Palliative Care programme is closed.
